End-to-end IT ownership for a consulting firm serving 250+ client companies — from physical cabling through cloud migration, covering networks, servers, security, and user support. Networking & Structured Cabling Designed, installed, and certified Cat5e/Cat6 structured cabling (patch panels, switches, conduits, network drops) for the firm's office LAN. Configured and administered perimeter firewall, site-to-site VPN, and network segmentation (VLANs). Enforced network security policies: access control, traffic filtering, and device hardening. Servers & On-Premise Infrastructure Administered Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP) and Linux servers (Samba, Apache, SSH) for centralized user and resource management. Managed backups, patching, and disaster recovery testing. Led the migration of the firm's primary accounting server to AWS during COVID-19 — enabling secure remote access and uninterrupted service for 250+ client companies. User Support & Endpoint Security Provided technical support across all departments: workstations, printers, remote VPN access, and secure access to accounting systems. Established endpoint security baselines: hardening, corporate antivirus, and password policies via GPO. DevOps & Automation Implemented GitLab CI/CD for standardized deployments. Developed Python/Bash automation scripts for infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and reporting. Integrated Cloudflare for perimeter protection and improved compliance posture.
